Returns & Pre-Orders
Waikini Swim will happily exchange any clean, unworn, unwashed swimwear that was sold at regular price. If you are wanting to exchange a product you must contact Waikini Swim via email@example.com. All returned products must be in their original state and packaging with original hangtags. Waikini Swim do not offer refunds or store credit as we follow an Exchange Only Policy.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
* If the customer has received an incorrect order or faulty garment shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only). Please note if the customer wears their received incorrect order or faulty garment this voids the exchange. The garment must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unused and all hangtags must be attached. Customer must contact returns within 7 days of receiving merchandise.
Customers willing to exchange can only exchange for the same style in a different size.
Customers willing to exchange for a sold out item must then select an available item for the same price in its place.
Items purchased on preorder may take between 2-5 weeks to be delivered. Having a preorder item amongst other items in your order, will hold back the delivery. A customer can preorder an item if the option is available in checkout. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to arrange an alternative.
